The vacancies at Easy Sport Diving

As stated in the advertisements you will have to leave your old life behind move (to the Caribbean / Central America ) to live and work there as a partner member of our co-operative society.

Moving to the tropics starting over in safety of a group filled with quality persons

and a well-thought-through plan.

We are looking for 5 specialists that are willing to support the goals of the co-operative society. In order to demonstrate this we ask them to become a partner member as well (review membership number 10). Therefore we urge you to carefully read the website before appllying for one of these jobs. We offer a good exit-settlement in case someone should decide to leave after a couple of years.

It goes for all functions that we are certainly interested in people from the age-group 45+.

We can also provide jobs for significant others . There are certain rules regarding this possibility. However that information will only be shared with candidates that are seriously interested.

Full board and accommodation in the Resort is of course included.

The co-operative society Easy Sport Diving U.A. focusses on an ideal goal and expects all of the candidates to fully support and unite with this goal (review complete description goals on the website).

The Resort / Hotel, Divecenter and all other facilities like restaurant(s), bar(s) will operate from a commercial point of view. Profit however will be used locally for the protection of reefs and and their inhabitants like sharks, turtles etc. Profit will also be used to support local fishermen and their families and to give education to children about the underwaterlife. So that they will come to see the necessity of protecting this fragile world.

It will be a team of people who will support each other in every possible way

in order to reach the common goals of the society.

These jobs enable you to fully co-operate in and with an ideal company whilst earning a reasonable income. This combined with dose of adventure and the challenge to build up something for others.

Hotel manager

The job.

We are looking for a real organiser and motivator that has a good survey and likes to direct and train people. Someone who likes to create a relaxed atmosphere for the guests, but is able to manage a strict regime in order to reach a very high level of service.  

A real teamplayer that is able to think of solutions in a creative way. Someone who has had training or experience on the job or is able to prove to be capable for the job in another way.

Chef deluxe restaurant

The job. 

We are looking for a high quality chef that will enable the Resort to operate on a high level.

Electro technical specialist, a real wizzard.

The job.

 
We are looking for a real wizard, someone that shows great interest in new techniques. Especially techniques that aim to reduce the use of energy. This person has to be able to perform all maintenancework in and around our Dive and Eco Resort (maintenance drinking water and water cleaning facilities, electricity generators and wind-energy as well as the wiring and connection for aircos, televisions, washing machines, satelite for TV / video and internet etc. and in boats.

Complementary requirements

Besides a diploma demonstrable experience on the job and repairworks is required. Being capable to install, maintain and repair water cleaning, water recyling and power generators.

Show a lot of interest in new techniques that aim reducing the use of energy. Your input will be vital!

We are especially interested in new forms of wind energy Our wizard also has to be capable to train local people for the concerning jobs.

Mechanical specialist, engineer a real wizard.

The job.

 
We are looking for a real wizard / technician who will not only install the facilities during the contruction of the resort but will also perform maintenance work once the resort has opened.

Building Engineer / Contractor / Architect

The job.

  
We are looking for a real wizard / constructor who will ensure, and be responsible for, that the Resort will be built in a sustainable way. This person will have to be capable of assisting in and managing of all stages of the construction process.

This person will do maintenance work after the construction of the resort has been completed.
